Our research is focused on understanding how redox mechanisms regulate cellular function. We identify redox-sensitive proteins, analyse the structure and dynamics of redox-relay complexes, and explore how redox states influence phase separation and cellular organization. We design and characterize fluorescent biosensors to enable real-time monitoring and quantitative imaging of subcellular redox events.
